- I called BCI and placed an order for some games and misc small stuff for a
- birthday present for my daught. The BCI rep was very heplful and we agreed to
- ship in 2nd day as her bday was coming soon. Well apparently, the shipping
- lady misread my adress so three weeks later I hadn't received the package. I
- called and the same rep was very surprised and quickly figured out the problem.
- Even called UPS for me to find out what happen to the package. He packed up
- another identical shipment and sent it to me the next day even though the first
- package was still in transit back to BCI. Pretty nice (even though I missed
- her birthday they tried hard to correct the problem).
-
- Well the package arrived a week later (even thouigh it was supposed to be
- resent express) and was short one item and contained one wrong game (CD#@
- versus to trusty old ECS version). I called BCI and they said no ploblem sorry
- about the mistake sent the CD 32 game back and we'll send you the ECS version.
- The proper stuff arrived yesterday no problem. Overall, there were two
- mistakes made on the part of BCI (which can happen to any mail order outfit)
- but the good thing about BCI is that they tried really hard to correct these
- mistakes and they treat people with respect.
-
- I would order from them again as they seem like nice folks who try hard. Also
- their prices are very competitive. I had some problems but
- they quickly worked to correct the situation. This is something that I cannot
- say for others I have dealt with (rude people taking your order, or otherwise
- unknowlegdeable).
-
- Just my $0.02 worth.
